Shipping Policy
Items purchased from Pantless Jams will be shipped out within 2 days of your purchase providing there are no complications.
Certain extenuating circumstances may cause delays, including difficulties with your credit card or problems with a supplier. Credit card authorization and verification must be received before your order can be processed. We will alert you to any issues that might be holding up your order.
Once we are prepared to send out your product of choice with the shipping method selected at checkout. One of following carriers may be selected orders may arrive on any business day (Mon-Fri) provided it is not a holiday.
- FedEx Shipping: We use live FedEx Rates based on package weight and method selected. A Shipping Quote will be generated for you and you will be charged at checkout
- Local Delivery: We offer local delivery to select zip codes within a 15 mile radius of Temperance, MI. We will Deliver your order using a contactless Drop off point specified when your order is placed. In stock orders will have delivery scheduled within 2 business days.
Additional fees may apply to items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, or on items which need to be shipped internationally. We are not able to ship our products to certain international destinations.

Return Policy
If you’re not happy with a product you’ve purchased for whatever reason, speak to us about potentially receiving a refund. All Refunds are at our discretion.
Should you purchase a product or service which involves recurring charges, potentially as a result of a subscription or payment plan, and then choose to cancel those payments, that cancellation will occur at the beginning of your next payment period. If you have been regularly receiving a product or service as a result of these recurring payments you should not expect that trend to continue following your cancellation. This Website reserves the right to cancel any transactions made through their site in order to comply with legal requirements, payment processor or banking rules or credit card industry regulations. Should this event occur, any money sent out as a result of the transaction in question will be refunded to the user. We also may refund your funds as the result of a processing error, technical difficulties or a similar occurrence.
