  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place one sheet of phyllo dough on it.
  3. Add Triple Berry jam to center of dough and place wheel of brie on top.
  4. Cut puff pastry to a circle about 3 inches larger than the brie.
  5. Wrap the pastry around the brie, pressing edges closed.
  6. Turn brie over.
  7. Cover with egg wash.
  8. Cut remaining sheet of pastry into 3/4 inch strips.
  9. Cover brie with strips, wrapping it like a mummy.
  10. Cover with egg wash.
  11. Add almond eyes and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Serve with crackers
